A comfy base to put up at in Taipei!

The rooms were clean and maintained well. There were also great services that allowed us to choose our pillow types and to also request for toddler amenities! They were very thoughtful in also accommodating to our requests.

worth paying and convenient location for MRT.

friendly and helpful staff especially while my husband requested a hot water bottle for me. Michelin star restaurants are located in the hotel. Don't mind to stay in this classy and elegant hotel on the next visit to Taiwan.

No swimming pool and updated gym equipment.

Overall it is a good stay

The location is great, close to the subway and everything. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is very clean.

There is no indoor pool in this hotel, I though there is a one. And the GYM is very tiny.

Love the size of room and the cleanliness. The staff at reception were efficient and nice.

The bed was not comfortable as the beds were sunken pretty badly on both sides.

Lovely Landis in lovely location

I'm a repeat stay-ee to the Landis and it has become a favorite for myself and my husband because of its location and staff.

As an educator on limited funds, it would be nice to have more discounts offered, but that is a separate matter than for staying there.

Generally it’s good

I got a free room update probably because of the pandemic. Room is stylist and spacious. The receptionist even informed me for my foodpanda arrival so I don’t have to pick up downstairs which is really convenient to me! Concierge is super welcome and nice and request me the driver everyday:)

The lobby is kind of confused me cuz I don’t know where the check in counter is. When I return in midnight, there’s no staff there so I have to work into the staff room it’s a bit awkward tho.

Overall still a great stay.

The location was great as it has so many nice food around and the MTR is just near the hotel.

Unfortunately the charging volt is too low and some of my laptop or phone cannot charge. The maximum is only 220V.

Thoughtful little touches, clean and comfortable rooms, and staff who go out of their way to serve g

An old dame that's aging well. While the hotel can't compete with its newer 5-star counterparts, it really holds its own, and has been beautifully renovated over the years. Nothing shouts fancy of extravagant, but the hotel offers some tiny little thoughtful touches not seen at other hotels. What to do with the leftover soap? Why not bring it home? A tiny little plastic bag is provided for just this reason. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. And for those who choose not to dine at the hotel's restaurants, there are plenty of places to eat nearby to suit all budgets, including a large number of convenience stores.

Not all rooms have been renovated. I stayed in a smaller room that was facing the main road (very recently renovated) and a larger one facing the park in the back (older, with carpets that could use a deep-clean).

Lovely Landis

The hotel has a selection of impress restaurants and the staff are incredibly helpful.

My room required refurbishment. The carpet was worn and marked and the furniture was chipped. The air conditioning didn’t respond very quickly and I was a little cold at night.
